Lisa Derita, N.P.
OwnerLisa Derita is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner and owner whose career has been built on compassion, trust, and patient-centered care. Having served well over 1,000 patients throughout her career, Lisa is known for combining clinical excellence with a genuine passion for helping others look and feel their best.
Lisa began her journey in healthcare as a Registered Nurse after graduating from Samuel Merritt University. While working as an RN, she developed a deeper calling to expand her ability to care for patients on a higher level. Through determination, discipline, and belief in herself—and even more importantly, belief in the patients who trusted her care—she advanced her education and earned her Nurse Practitioner credentials.
Throughout her career, Lisa has also had the privilege of working side by side with a plastic surgeon, gaining valuable hands-on experience in aesthetics, facial harmony, patient consultations, and advanced treatment approaches. This experience helped shape her refined eye for natural-looking results and her commitment to delivering safe, beautiful outcomes.
Her decision to become a Nurse Practitioner was driven by one purpose: to better serve her patients through advanced knowledge, individualized treatment planning, and meaningful results. Lisa believes every patient deserves to feel heard, understood, and confident before any procedure is ever performed. She takes time to personally consult with each individual, carefully listening to their goals, concerns, and vision so every treatment plan is thoughtfully tailored to their unique needs.
Lisa’s approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, ensuring that every recommendation and procedure is supported by current research, proven techniques, and the highest standards of safety. She combines medical expertise with an artistic eye, creating natural, personalized outcomes that enhance each patient’s confidence while preserving their individuality.

Isabella Derita, R.N.
Co-OwnerIsabella Derita is a dedicated aesthetic nurse at Youthful Edit, known for her warm approach, clinical skill, and passion for helping patients feel confident in their own skin. She has received advanced training and certifications through Allergan, Galderma, and laser treatment education programs, allowing her to provide safe, modern, and results-driven aesthetic care.
In addition to her work in aesthetics, Isabella also serves as a Registered Nurse in Postpartum care, where she supports mothers and infants during one of life’s most meaningful transitions. This experience reflects her compassionate bedside manner, strong clinical judgment, and ability to provide calm, attentive care in important moments. She has also had the opportunity to work side by side with a plastic surgeon, gaining valuable hands-on experience in advanced aesthetics, facial balance, patient consultations, and refined treatment techniques.
Guided and mentored by her mother, Lisa Derita, who brings many years of medical experience, Isabella combines strong clinical knowledge with an artistic eye for detail. She believes every face is unique and approaches each treatment as a personalized canvas—carefully tailoring services to enhance natural beauty rather than change it.
Isabella is deeply patient-focused and takes pride in listening closely to each individual’s goals, concerns, and vision.
